You should receive a tracking number within 2-4 business days after you order from us. Most of our USA orders take between 7-14 business days. Depending on your location, some packages arrive within 15-20 business days of you receiving tracking information.

Your tracking information may show the same status for 2-4 days until it clears the appropriate customs in your respective country. After clearing customs you will see your tracking information update regularly. If there are any additional issues with your tracking after 10 days please email us at help@melamarinterior.com

Melamar is not liable if the incorrect or missing shipping information is provided at checkout. We are not liable to refund or change the delivery address in such circumstances.

Please ensure all of your shipping details are 100% complete and correct before placing the order. If shipping information has been entered incorrectly, please contact our Customer Care at help@melamarinterior.com within six (6) hours of your order placement.

Melamar is responsible for delivering the item to the shipping address provided, we are not liable if the item is lost or stolen after the item has been delivered. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment.

Keep in mind that we ship item(s) as soon as they’re available, and we have multiple warehouses in the world that stock different products. So if there’s more than one item in your order, you may receive the items separately (at no extra charge). We’ll send you separate email confirming the shipment along with tracking numbers.
